To combat painful menstrual periods and to regulate the menstrual cycle, drink 100 ml of any of these juices a day in a single dose a few days before menstruation. 
Parsley juice is extremely strong and for this reason it is consumed in small quantities (large quantities can cause nervous system disorders) or mixed with other vegetable juices. 
By mixing parsley juice with carrot juice, celery or spinach, therapeutic effects are obtained from the strongest. Parsley juice is also used in cosmetics to clean the skin as a remedy against freckles.
